[NCUC-EC] STEPHANIE RESIGNATION FROM THE NOMCOM

Dear EC,

I wish to inform you that Stephanie Perrin has resigned from her role as
the NCUC delegate to the ICANN Nominating Committee due to personal
circumstances. She has also confirmed that she will not attend the upcoming
ICANN meeting in Bali.
Given the need to appoint a replacement promptly, I will work with Andrea
to quickly initiate the appropriate process for the nomination and
appointment of a new NCUC member to the Nominating Committee. The EC will
be kept informed of the process and relevant timelines.
