[Pedro de Perdigão Lana]

Hi all,

I don't know if that would be a good idea because we already have someone
from the ccTLDs ecosystem, but Diego Ernesto Luna Quevedo (from .co and the
ICT Ministry of Colombia, and active within the DNS Abuse Standing
Committee (DASC) from ccNSO) was pointed out to me as a potential good
name. I personally don't know that much about him, but he seems to have a
solid background.
