[NCUC-EC] Review of Draft Agenda

Hello Wisdom,

In the section where the moderators discuss DNS, I was wondering if Namra
could take the lead. and @Namra, if that is fine by you. While I can
contribute, I believe it would be more effective to have someone with
deeper expertise speak on that topic—unless the primary goal of that
segment is simply to provide a high-level overview of DNS abuse.
