[NCUC-EC] Special Guest Invitation: Welcome Remarks on NCUC Vision and Mission

Dear Wisdom and All,

Thank you for the kind invitation, and it will be an honor to 
participate in this Webinar.  We need events to share the history of 
NCUC, and to discuss the current policy issues facing NCUC and the ICANN 
Community. This Webinar will do both.

I can certainly join you at the beginning and would be very happy to 
share some thoughts on the important topics you have outlined below.  
With apologies, I may not be able to stay until the end.
