[NCUC-EC] NCUC Second Webinar - Update

Hi all,

I see that Walid al Saqaf was added - does he have experience with FOSS
advocacy, or FOSS in a general term? The link to his profile does not
indicate this.

I think we can already make an open call asking for members with proven
experience in the field to candidate themselves or others for the webinar -
the sooner, the better.
