As long as the person is 1. Contributing and active 2. Eligible. I
don't see a problem. I don't think you can travel on two CROP slots anyway.
The point made previously was about people *serving in two positions* that
are both eligible for travel, that is when a travel slot is wasted.
This process (EC selection) is in place to avoid the exact circumstances
you pointed out. NCSG/NCUC/NPOC is not a subsidiary opportunity and that is
why we are here to filter out applications.
Let's finalize soon so the recipient can make timely arrangements.
