I'm suggesting this as our agenda:

1. Regional engagement and Webinars (Wisdom) - 10 min
2. NCUC Operating Procedures final review and approval (Pedro and Namra) - 20 min
3. Thanks for the old EC, welcoming the new EC (Wisdom) - 5 min
