Hi Juliana and EC,

Also sharing the last text we had for a previous call in 2024 (it was the
first one I found in the search) - already made a few tweaks, related to
previous situations, and updated it:

Dear NCUC Members,

I am happy to announce that the Community Regional Outreach Programme (CROP)
is available for *one (1) NCUC Member from eligible Asian countries* to
attend ICANN85 in
* Mumbai, India, from 7 - 12 March 2026.*
The CROP program provides travel funding for one NCUC member to attend an
ICANN meeting within the region of the meeting. Interested community
members can learn more about CROP at:

mailing list contributions and your record of attendance in WG meetings).

topics before, during, and after the meeting?* And are you willing to stay
engaged or volunteer to mentor future NCUC members?

participated, if applicable

AN APPLICATION!*

Please feel free to reach out, should you have any further questions.

Good luck!

EC and especially Juliana, adapt it and update it as you see fit,
particularly if you see a mistake! :D

We also still need the Google form link and to establish a deadline, which
should preferably be a few days before our next meeting, on December 11th.
My suggestion would be December 4th.

Cordially,
