Hi everyone,

We are approaching the quarterly deadline, as previously agreed, to update
our activities on the tracking document in our wiki, providing more
accountability for our community.

@Andrea, can you please create the 2025 version? I think we can have a tab
called "EC Tracking Documents" and then the years as subtabs.

@EC, can you please put the ICANN work you developed this year, as an EC
member? If you have issues using the platform (see the 2024 version here
<https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/gnsononcomuserconst/pages/96929038/2024+NCUC+Activity+Tracking+Document>),
just send a message here with the tasks done and I'll add them.

I’d urge everyone to put in only work that they have really and
significantly done (avoiding, for example, adding things that one has just
raised their name as a volunteer but not actively participated in) to avoid
the need for posterior correction alongside the person who was leading the
effort. I'm saying that because, in recent selection processes, we had a
few situations of people listing activities that they were not really a
part of and it resulted in some embarrassment.

By the way, Wisdom has, for review, the Action Plan proposal which will
require EC members to fulfill obligations in a wider sense. I plan to add
the most relevant parts of it to our operating procedures, to they can
become more formalized, and would appreciate the EC review of the
suggestions on the OP about this matter.

Cordially,

*Pedro de Perdigão Lana*
