[NCUC-EC] Media and Communication Working Group Members

Dear EC,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am sharing with you the list of members for the Media and Communication
Working Group. While I had anticipated receiving at least one name from
each region, it appears that this is not the case.

Given the current composition, I suggest we move forward with approving all
of the listed members to begin drafting the NCUC Media and Communication
Strategy. Please let me know your thoughts on this approach. Andrea has
already shared the email, and I have compiled the names and contact
information into a Google Doc for easy reference. Please use the following

I kindly request that you provide your feedback by Thursday, 6 March 2024.

Once approved, Amin and Sara will be appointed to lead the team, while the
rest of the EC will be encouraged  to support.
