Dear all,
I trust you are well.
ICANN 84 preparation has begun, and for us to prepare in advance, there are
a few items we need to put a closure to as soon as possible.
1. Finalization of the Media and Communication Strategy document and
outlining of next steps – led by Amin and Sara. This needs to be concluded
as soon as possible for adoption at ICANN 84.
2. The Operating Procedure Review Task Force – led by Pedro and Namra,
needs to finalize its work and begin engaging members for input ahead of
ICANN 84. The goal should be to present the final work and adopt the
revised procedures during ICANN 84. Pedro and Namra, you may update and
advise us during the upcoming EC meeting.
3. We need to start planning the NCUC Quarterly Webinar within the next
three weeks. We have to agree on the date for the webinar. I’d be happy to
have Milli join me in leading this effort, with support from the rest of
the EC. I will share a draft text tomorrow, Friday, for your input, along
with a call for suggested themes and speakers.
If there is any other item that I did not list, please feel free to share.
Andrea is always available to assist us.
