[NCUC-EC] ICANN82 NCUC Membership Agenda

Hi everyone,
I've added some points to the draft agenda for the ICANN82 NCUC membership
meeting.

I would also like to propose adding a topic to the agenda:
*Membership Engagement and Outreach* (15-20 minutes).
where we can discuss with the participants the following points:
- Strategies to increase participation in NCUC, including outreach to civil
society and academia, etc.
- Ideas for improving member engagement and expanding the NCUC network.
- A review of recent efforts.

or, you prefer to discuss with the attendance a different topic.
