Hi Wisdom, EC,

I think it is important for us, considering Kurtis is someone who comes
from a more technical background, to ask what his perspectives are about
the new wave of national regulation proposals focused on the Internet, with
some of them being specifically oriented toward the Domain Name System,
more specifically his beliefs regarding how ICANN and the community should
react to this trend - if more passively, to avoid being seen as a threat,
or more proactively, engaging with authorities and decision-makers.
