[NCUC-EC] Urgent: NCUC Representatives to NCSG FC

Hi all,

I agree we should issue a call for someone to fill this slot. Maybe can we
also point out some financial experience would be desirable, especially
considering the task related to providing input to ICANN's budget and
operational plans.
