[NCUC-EC] Urgent: Membership Agenda

Dear Wisdom, EC,

I liked the proposed agenda a lot! I'd just merge items 4, 5 and 6, so we
can dedicate more time to one of the topics than the designed time, if it
spurs more debate and get people more engaged during the meeting. This
would mean we would have a more general "prospective" agenda, talking about
plans on what to do next. What do you think?
