[NCUC-EC] Appointment of NCUC Rep to the NCSG Finance Committee

Dear all,
Thank you for taking the time to evaluate the two applications and for
providing your valuable recommendations.

After careful consideration, 4 EC members have recommended Pascal Bekono
for the position of NCSG FC. Therefore, I will now proceed with his
appointment as the NCSG FC.

I will ask Andrea to submit his name to Rafic, and also announce it on the
NCUC list.
