[NCUC-EC] Appointment of the NCSG FC

Dear all,

Andrea has shared the names of two candidates who have submitted their
expressions of interest for the NCSG FC. The candidates are as follows:
1. Raymond Mamattah
2. Pascal Bekeno

Please refer to the expression of interest sent by Andrea. Evaluate and
provide your recommendation for the best candidate. We have until Thursday,
February 27th, 2025, to appoint one individual to represent NCUC.

I kindly urge everyone to take a moment out of your busy schedules to help
evaluate and recommend.
