[NCUC-EC] Season's greetings from the Chair and EC

Dear Members,

As we bring the year to a close, we reflect on a period marked by both
challenges and meaningful progress for the non-commercial. We sincerely
appreciate the resilience, commitment, and collective spirit demonstrated
by NCUC members throughout the year.

As we step into the New Year, we encourage everyone to take time to rest,
renew, and reconnect with purpose. The year ahead presents renewed
opportunities to strengthen our advocacy, deepen collaboration, and advance
the values of openness, inclusivity, and public interest within ICANN and
the Internet governance ecosystem.

The NCUC Executive Committee extends its heartfelt thanks for your
continued engagement, unity, and meaningful input across our working groups
and policy processes. We look forward to working together in the New Year
to further our collective mission.
