[NCUC-EC] [Ext] Kindly Review: Terms of Reference for August 25 NCUC Webinar

Hello Andrea,

Please accept my apologies for the delayed response. I have been under
intense work pressure, compounded by the tragic helicopter crash that
claimed the lives of the Defense Minister and other senior government
officials, many of whom were my colleagues and friends.

Now, to your email. The plan for the 70-minute webinar is to dedicate the
first 10 minutes to housekeeping and brief updates for NCUC members,
ensuring we have ample time for the main webinar discussion.

For registration, the webinar will be open to NCUC members, users, and
non-commercial civil society stakeholders worldwide, and other interested
groups. While members can be invited through the usual mailing list,
external participants should register via a Zoom form (Fullname, email,
country, stakeholder group) to receive the Zoom link.

In this regard, I would prefer a Zoom registration link that we can share
widely, allowing participants to register with their full name, stakeholder
group, country, and email address.
I look forward to finalizing the document and announcing once this is
cleared. Please advise.
