Hi Wisdom,
I added my suggestions to the doc. For the LAC region, to talk about
Fragmentation, Bruna would be the best fit, considering her role as
co-facilitator of the IGF's Policy Network on Internet Fragmentation. She
has already indicated availability, so we can invite her.
