Considering I try to always follow the criteria of effective (recent) work put into place until the moment of the application, and although I have known Mohammad Atif for quite a few years now (and know how much he is capable of), I'd go with Michaela. Just in the most recent months, she led the Public Comment of the AGB Fourth Proceedings, heavily contributed to the one on the AGB Third Proceedings, organized NCSG sessions on DNS abuse on the last two ICANN meetings, and participated in previous readouts and NCSG sessions (PC and membership). She was also not able to go to the last ICANN meeting, and did many of those things online anyway, so it was a good proof of engagement.

I'd be glad to go with Atif as well, and he is an amazing addition to the UDRP work that will start in this second semester, but I would just like to confirm how dedication and involvement in NCSG activities go first.

As you know, we received five applications for the Prague - NCUC travel support slot. Andrea mentioned that the first two candidates are not eligible, so the choice now stands between: Oksana, Michaela, and Mohammad Atif.

Considering that Oksana has previously received NCUC travel support for ICANN - Hamburg, I’ve focused my consideration on Michaela and Mohammad Atif.

This was not an easy decision for me to make. Michaela has shown consistent dedication, particularly through her active role in policy and representing of NCUC in the NCSG Policy Committee. On the other hand, Mohammad Atif has demonstrated both commitment and initiative—in contributing to the development of the Media and Communications Committee within NCUC.

I believe Mohammad atif could bring a valuable and fresh perspective to our media coverage efforts if he attends the Prague meeting and assumes this responsibility.

Therefore, my ranking of voting going as follows:

1. Mohammad atif

2. Michaela.

3. Oksana.
