Sorry, just realized I answered just Namra, and it was supposed to go to
the EC list:

"Oh, that’s understandable, Namra - Mili brought it up in the NCUC
membership session without previous notice, so we had to make a change and
present it at the Constituency meeting instead. It was originally an NCUC
initiative, but it became an NCSG project to be more aligned with how we do
policy. Anyway, we will have some updates when we have our EC meeting, so
I’d be glad to present them there!"

I've also organized the agenda in order of complexity, from those that were
mostly descriptive/confirmative to those that may require some extra
discussion
