[NCUC-EC] [EC Vote] NCSG Half Day Session in pre-ICANN83

Hi everyone,

The UDRP review is on the horizon, and approaching faster than we
originally thought. Since this is a theme that the NCSG (and, originally,
the NCUC) fought hard for and was instrumental in defining its current
format, it is important to keep our policy people up-to-date and have a
proper strategy on how to proceed, since this is also a priority topic for
people who oppose non-commercial views in this theme. Because of that, this
is a proposal for a half-day NCSG session on the Sunday before the ICANN83
meeting in Prague, supported by NCUC funds.

*The concept note is attached. *The expected budget is around 2500 USD,
considering the costs of venue, transportation, and food, while also
providing a night for those who need it because they will be traveling from
afar, to avoid exhausted participants. Those extra nights already cover the
most probable people, but may still change if others don't have available
flights arriving on the same morning of the session.

We were building the proposal but the ICANN Travel Support email came
earlier than expected (people will have), so we are having to rush things
up more than I'd like to.

I previously asked Wisdom to send this here, and *I'm calling for a vote by
midnight UTC on April 12th, if possible, because we would need to approve
this at least a couple of days in advance before the deadline for people to
book their flights*. Our NCSG-funded travelers were already notified and
are expecting our decision on this approval so they can book their flights.
I’m also adding this to our meeting on Monday, so we can further discuss
any details!
