[NCUC-EC] NCUC EC Meeting in May - Request to change dates

Hi everyone,

I'll have a work immersion during the whole day on the 12 and 13 of May, so
I'm requesting the rest of the EC that we exceptionally change the date, to
later this week (from Wednesday forward I'm free) or the the following week
(May 19th) or previous week (May 5th).
