Hi Ines!

Glad you are interested - since I was receiving no answers in the WhatsApp
group, I kinda continued organizing the ideas with Kathy, and we were
planning a meeting next Wednesday. As soon as we have defined the time,
I'll send you the invite as well!

 I have been really busy here on my side with a few projects coming in fast
until mid-November (besides ICANN), so it is great to have an extra pair of
hands to help! I already messaged the planning updates on the Whatsapp
group, as guidelines -
*could you help me find NCSG/NCUC members who are interested in the
Applicant Support Program, so they can help guide other participants and
become our leaders on the subject? This would involve reading the materials
that are already available*

I already have two suggestions (Bolu, who is already working on the SubPro
materials) and Michaela (but I need to check if this won't overburden her),
but it would be nice to see if we have other options and more people who
are interested in becoming our new experts in this theme.

Btw, @Andrea Glandon <andrea.glandon at icann.org>, could we have a
pre-alignment at some moment (we can even do that through email, I'll just
have to summarize the conversation I had with Kathy) so we can think about
who from the Staff would be the most adequate person to be on our Issue
Forum? There are some new specifications after the last time we talked
about it that may be relevant to the decision. Thanks!
