[NCUC-EC] CADE Project Request-ICANN81

Hello EC,

Adam Peake reached out about this project. This project support capacity building for civil society engagement in Internet Governance processes. ICANN is one of the targets for the project. See more information here: https://cadeproject.org/cade-mission/. Some of the project members will be in Istanbul for ICANN81. They are asking for 10 minutes on the agenda of NCUC to introduce the project. Adam has already spoken to Julf and they will have 10 min on the NCSG Membership agenda. Would you like to add them to the NCUC Membership agenda as well?
