[NCUC-EC] NomCom Delegate Applications for the 2025 Term

motivation added, apologizing to those involved]*

Dear Non-Commercial Members:

The NCUC Executive Committee would like to thank everyone who applied for
the Nomination Committee representative role from our constituency. All of
the applicants offered skills relevant to the position, and as a result,
the executive committee had a challenging time when making its selection.

After a detailed analysis and a productive consensus-seeking discussion
amongst all the Executive Committee members, we are pleased to inform you
that Mr. James Gannon has been chosen for the position.

Mr. Gannon was chosen because he demonstrated very detailed knowledge of
the role he would have to fulfill, experience with the collegiate
discussions that would be necessary for the function, an extensive network
of contacts (going far beyond our SG), a clear vision in relation to what
he expected from improvements in NomCom and a historical commitment to the
NCUC. He also satisfactorily explained the reason for a lower level of
activity in recent years, motivated by other commitments that could
conflict with his activity.

Join us in welcoming James as our NomCom representative. *[And thanks for
