[NCUC-EC] NomCom Delegate Applications for the 2025 Term

Dear Non-Commercial community,

After a detailed analysis of the excellent candidates we had for the NCUC
seat on the Nomination Committee and a productive consensus-seeking
discussion on the Executive Committee, we are pleased to announce that
James Gannon has been chosen for the position.
