Dear Colleagues,

The Executive Committee has reviewed multiple applications received for the
Travel Support for ICANN81 Istanbul.

After thorough consideration of all the applications, we appreciate the
dedication of all interested members who have shown their commitment to
NCUC and its work. The executive committee has found that applicant Houda
Chihi aligns more closely with the criteria and bylaws of NCUC.

We highly encourage everyone to remain actively engaged in NCUC's projects
and events to ensure the highest level of participation based on the Crop
criteria.
