[NCUC-EC] Draft Agenda | NCUC EC Meeting | Monday, 09 December 2024

Hi everyone,

I want to suggest adding to the agenda a first conversation about our 2025
planning and also establishing some clear EC obligations. The idea here
would be, based on duties such as being in a certain amount of EC meetings
and considering some feedback (including some that were quite direct about
their dissatisfaction) we had from our community related to a perception of
the leadership not doing enough (which could even be incorrect - but the
image we're conveying also matters), I think we should use this renovation
opportunity to agree on some goals, collectively and individually, based on
Section IV, F and Section VII of our Bylaws

I'm also using this opportunity to present to the new EC members our tracking
document in our wiki.

Would this be a good moment for this conversation, or should we reserve an
entire meeting for it?
