[NCUC-EC] NCUC ICANN81 Readout

I am available all day on Monday.
Is this meeting intended for EC members only, or it is open to all members?
If include all members, I recommend allowing a few extra days to ensure
participation, or sending the invitation today for Monday.
Additionally, I suggest that we invite Houda, who received the NCUC travel
support for Istanbul, to share her insights during the meeting.
