[NCUC-EC] Issue Forum Update

Hi Ken, Farzi, everyone,

I am sorry for not being able to meet tomorrow, I'll be really busy all
around - I have PhD classes in the morning and had to change my flight back
to Sao Paulo to try to get there for a lunch meeting, and then I'll have
back-to-back meetings until ~20h00 UTC.

I think currently, after Stephanie's confirmation, we are missing just
someone to speak about "Law enforcement urgent and confidential requests",
right? Who else from NCSG besides Farzaneh is speaking about this topic?
