[NCUC-EC] [Ext] Re: issue Forum Status?

Hi Ken, I suggest Ben as the NCUC chair opens the session and closes the
session . So he can do an introduction for 5 minutes on who we are, what
are issue forums and why it's important for Africa to be engaged and pass
it on to you to set the scene on the session. How does that sound?
