[NCUC-EC] ICANN82 Sessions

I agree with Wisdom's idea and would suggest checking the topics that could
be discussed with the NCSG as a whole. Saying this because we have planned,
until now:

   - NCSG Membership
   - NCSG Policy Committee
   - NCUC Membership
   - NCUC Community Update Forum
   - NPOC Membership

As they are planned, we can see if there are overlapping subjects that
would justify unifying some of these, meaning that we can focus work on
producing less, but with more quality, and maybe one or two sessions
focused on a specific subject to the wider community, such as what Farzi
did with DNS Abuse and HRIA in ICANN82 - which was a success!

Of course, only if others also think this would work well and that we
wouldn't lose something important with this change.
