[NCUC-EC] CROP Outreach Strategic Plan

Hello all,

I am reaching out to see how the CROP Outreach Strategic plan is going? The deadline to submit an application for a CROP slot to ICANN81 is 20 September so it would be best to get this completed ASAP if you want to have a CROP applicant to attend ICANN81.
