[NCUC-EC] Kigali Issue Forum Topic ideas

Dear colleagues

So the majority of the Af community suggested the topic related to Afrinic.

A member also noted ( and was seconded by another) : 'Currently, this issue
is under legal examination, and it raises the question of what aspects can
be discussed that have not already been addressed in the courtroom. Are
there specific elements you believe need discussion? At this time, it may
not be appropriate for any AFRINIC leadership staff to comment.
