Apologies, as I am at an All Hands meeting and was not able to join the call, I had to rely on the attendance taken by Zoom. I will look at the report again and adjust accordingly.

 I am sorry I have to bring this up but in the spirit of following procedure and sticking to the rules we set, I think it is important.

I remember agreeing to the terms (by the current EC) that anyone who joins the monthly EC meeting 15 mins after it has started cannot be added to the attendance list. Not following it is unfair to all the others who show up on time for the full duration of these recurring meetings.

If we continue to breach smaller internal policies this way, I am not sure how our community can ever trust us with wider policy-making for the future of the entire internet.
