Glad to inform you that Tapani and Dusan have completed the website transition. Now www.ncuc.org has its new look :)

Attached are instructions prepared by Dusan to whoever will be taking care of website administration. The rest is pretty straightforward.

Hope the payment can be processed now. @Ben please coordinate that with Milton.

In my previous message from August 5, 2023, I requested that the executive committee members comment on the approval of the invoice submitted for the redesign of the NCUC website.

 

Hearing no objections from EC members, and with the acceptance of the website by the members on today’s call, the EC decided to:

 

Thank Olga for her leadership in overseeing the website redesign;Thank the implementation contractor that completed the redesign;Request that the relevant EC and technical support members move quickly to install the new design at the ncuc.org host, with the assistance of the implementation contractor, while preserving the existing website for backup purposes;Request the implementation contractor to transfer all documentation associated with the website to the NCUC technical specialist;Request the NCUC financial officer to proceed with paying the invoice once the website has been installed and all documentation received. 

I thank all of the EC members involved for their support in this endeavour.

 

We still have work to do to ensure that the website is maintained, which will be an urgent topic for discussion over the next few EC meetings.
