Enclosed you will find a corresponding offer, but I would appreciate the
following information until Thursday the 19.10.2023.

> the room Oval Office would be available for the evening, this will be
charged with a minimum of 3.200,00 EUR

> If it should be a dinner, you find attached our suggestions, since it
should take place already next week Wednesday, I would be pleased about
your selection until Thursday.

> In addition, you will find attached our wines, we are offering you our
drinks package of 38.00 EUR per person, this is valid for 4 hours and
includes: water, soft drinks, wine, beer and hot drinks.
