[NCUC-EC] Report from NCUC issue forum

Hi Benjamin
  May I follow up on the status of this invoice and how many more days will
the payment process take so I can give them a clear time period? It has
been over 30 days since we commissioned the report and in my
experience working with them for my day job, ideally, we pay them
withing 30 days of assigning the article.
