[NCUC-EC] Report from NCUC issue forum

Dear All,
I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

I have the expectation of the sum of 2500 USD from PIR, I am yet to confirm
from Milton if NCUC has received the funds.

Just like the last event, I only get notified of the funds and Milton is
fully in charge of its management. For ICANN78 expenditure, we expect some
invoices for the report and meals served at the Issue forum.
