[NCUC-EC] Fwd: FW: [Ext] [NCUC-DISCUSS] Open call to the following positions: NCSG-EC/NCSG-PC/NCSG-FC

Hi EC,

Do we follow up with just one person applying for the NCSG-PC? I saw that
Amin applied for the NCSG-FC, so we are all right with every other
position, but I couldn't find it in the Bylaws or OP. The closest rule
(found within the OP) seems to indicate that we should extend the call for
the PC: "6. If only one candidate has applied for the position and the
candidate does not meet the required qualifications in the EC’s discretion,
then the NCUC EC may reissue the call". What is the usual procedure when
the amount of slots is not filled?
