[NCUC-EC] NCUC EC Rep Appointment (urgent)

Dear Benjamin,
Firstly, I extend my gratitude to Julf for the clarification.

For me, if possible I would like to know who are currently engaged in this
responsibility.

Often rotation infuses fresh energy and perspectives into the workflow. for
that, I am keen to explore the possibility of participating in the current
responsibility rotation. so if there is an opportunity and an openness in
the rotation for this responsibility, I would like to express my
willingness to volunteer.
