[NCUC-EC] DC program

Thank you for your email.
We have requested a signup room that is on Tuesday, 13 June 14:00-17:00
local time.

I have communicated this previously, during our call and also Andrea had
shared that info.

However, we would know the confirmation of the exact room after the outcome
of the ICANN schedules are out and rooms are allocated.
