I am moving forward with scheduling the readout for Friday, 24 March at 13:00 UTC for 60 minutes. I will create an Outlook invitation and an email invitation that I will send to the EC, then you can distribute as you wish.

I am also up for Friday the 24th, we just need to act fast and put the awareness out so that people will include it in their schedule.
I am open to the option that will get us more attendees.
So if there are no alternatives, we better go ahead with the 24th and try to share details as wide as possible.

Monday is Ohkay for me but I am just worried Monday mornings may not be the best time for people to attend (in NA and Latin America) it’s sort of the busiest day of the week for most.

I am back in Windhoek as well, and super exhausted. We can do March 24th if we can put the words out fast enough but I recommend Monday 27th March.
So we can use the weekend to get the words out and have people sign on. Just a suggestion but if that will make us lose momentum then we better do it as soon as possible (March 24th).
Important: Every EC should reach out to their regional GSE and share the CROP strategy document with them before Friday 24th March, for us to keep the momentum.
Identify our regional IG and ICANN events.
