This is great, thank you Ben. These are good starting points for the EC team attending to work on and develop.

Just a note on time allocation. Maybe some components could be put on the separate outreach event rather than the members meeting.

Ans: I agree , however if they do not have time, this issue is more pertinent for us because we need new blood to champion NCUC cause.
- Regional engagement of the VPs There will be a session with the regional VPs, as I mentioned before. - Thank you - Do we have to prepare anything?
- ICANN Board interactions If you have ideas for questions for the Board I will pass them on to Julf.- Ans: I hope to gather responses from the list and ECs to share with you.

Thank you for activating this.
At the moment here are the things I know that are happening and we need to be aware of.

- There is an idea of a  joint  ICANN fellows event with NPOC, NCUC, and NCSG.
