Dear ECs,
Good day and I hope you are doing well.

We had some discussions on reconvening this week to resolve some
outstanding items we discussed on Monday.
- LAC Rep - review the call text - *input required from ECs to the draft
text on Google doc before the end of the week.*
- Travel Policy - develop a calendar & adherence to the current travel
policy *- schedule an online meeting to develop a meeting plan and create
an updated travel calendar by  funded ECs*
- CROP Outreach Strategic Plan - a collaboration with GSE VPs (Adam Peake)
- *fill the existing template to support the current situation by Benjamin
(EU EC Rep)*
- Africa Engagement Forum -  *Benjamin to complete the slides and identify
members worthy of recognition in the region*
- Website Setup (State of things - *Olga to update and inform the team when
she is available to provide details*

Please can we act to get these things addressed?
