You’re welcome!

I do need the EC to decide if they want the Q&A turned on though, or if we should just continue doing our sessions as we always have in the past?

Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Andrea

Hello!

Zoom has had a significant improvement to the meeting format.

The Zoom Q&A feature, previously only available in Zoom Webinars, is now available in Zoom Meetings.

You can read more about this feature here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/11400580088973-Enabling-Q-A-for-Meetings- [support.zoom.us]<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/11400580088973-Enabling-Q-A-for-Meetings-__;!!PtGJab4!9vVK0n_LtBsycF0MynQh77Pfvk0l-kCoxyP4njl91AdIn3t0dDcVsf4CyJ20Cy5Q7V30wevlVljMD2-1jD0MiF5IL-042m2D$>

For all ICANN76 sessions, regardless of the Zoom format selected, the Q&A feature will be enabled by default. The Q&A pod cannot be disabled once a session has started.

Please let me know if you would like the Q&A feature turned on for your sessions so that I can request the appropriate setup.

Thanks!
