I think Ken's point was valid we should use the call to discuss a draft instead of starting one then.

Also we have just about 3-4 days for this. Our deadline to submit the proposal is about Jan 18 latest.

So maybe I can put out the call as we simultaneously work on the strategic plan. Does everyone agree to this?

I also propose a short call sort of like a work meeting if we can arrange it to finish the plan as it is quite urgent and we should submit it this week if we are to use the CROP fund.

The strategic plan has to be completed and approved by ICANN Global Stakeholder Engagement VPs before the NCUC can request a travel slot for ICANN76. So you can put the call out, but a name cannot be submitted for the trip until the strategic plan is submitted and approved.
