[NCUC-EC] ICANN77 Travel Database

Dear Olga,
Thank you for sharing the draft in a timely manner.
I believe we need to review this by putting some factors into consideration.

This is a great visual distribution of how the travel slots have been so
far, however ICANN 74,  13-16 June 2022 The Hague for me was also used to
bring a member from the AP region as a NCUC fellow.

We also need to await Claudio's approval as LAC EC.

Once again thank you so much for the exchanges so far.

I will also encourage everyone to review the bylaws
